I didn't get there, i went for a 4play option (Cellphone, landline, HDTV and internet) with a 50mb top speed! Set your computer clock ahead 2 hours and note the times you go down. Here's how I fixed the problem.Go into the control panel in your video card.Once there click on "Let the video card decide how to stream videos."It worked for me,hopefully it will I tried 64-bit drivers and this completely solved my problem.

My PC is the only one hard wired in though I also use Bit defender as my Anti-Virus protection, and there's no malware spyware or anything as I said before. Many, (but not all) ISPs provide modems that are also routers, but unless you know that is a fact, it's a good practice to include a router in your network structure I don’t know how much you’re paying for it compared to some of the slower options.

For me, changing the DNS to Google DNS solved the problem.Google DNS is 18.104.22.168 or 22.214.171.124. There are a lot of factors involved in downloading a file to your computer. I cobbled this together from comments on the tutorial I used that seemed to have similar problems. Not constant, but more like every so often it will do it for a couple days in a row.
