windows-nt-2000-xp This article has been dead for over six months. Other computers should be set up the same, right? you could try disabling add-ons for ie8 for the min and toolbars . I've disabled mine and put a shortcut to the app so I can start it manually on the few occasions I want a bit more control regarding print/scan options.

By far. The main thing is the PC needs more RAM - 4GB is a minimum now for Windows 7 to run acceptably. Our IT guys are good but I have to deal with them remotely and it's a bit tedious. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
